Jesus put him off: “Unless you people are dazzled by a miracle, you refuse to believe.” John 4: 48 (MSG)
Unbelievers are drawn into the kingdom by the gospel truth backed with miracles or signs and wonders mostly. But, after our salvation in Christ, we are supposed to walk in kingdom principles.
In the wilderness, there was daily manna, the angelic food that God supplied by supernatural power to the Israelites. Also, their clothes and sandals did not wear out for 40 years. That time, God was teaching them His principles, His laws and the faith life.
When they entered the promise land, manna ceased because, God expected them to work and He would bless the work of their hands.
More blessings (miracles) only as they live daily by the word of faith.
There are also many other signs (attesting miracles) that Jesus performed in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these have been written so that you may believe [with a deep, abiding trust] that Jesus is the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed), the Son of God; and that by believing [and trusting in and relying on Him] you may have life in His name.” John 20: 30-31 (AMP)
Friends and brethren, have a daily faith lifestyle in Jesus name. Blessings. ❤
Six days before Passover Jesus went back to Bethany, where he had raised Lazarus from death. A meal had been prepared for Jesus. Martha was doing the serving, and Lazarus himself was there….” John 12: 1-3
