“Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.” Luke 10:20.
All that Jesus is pointing His Disciples’ attention to is that He did not have to die to perform miracles and feed the multitude but, He had to die to save souls. Therefore, our concentration must not be on food and drink or casting out demons or demon casting material things (thank God for that) instead, we should focus on winning souls and disciple them to maturity and fruit bearing. Praise the Lord.
” For God’s kingdom does not consist of food and drink, but of righteousness, peace, and joy produced by the Holy Spirit.” Rom. 14:17.
